The Orange County Youth Motivation Task Force (YMTF) is a dynamic partnership of local businesses, passionate volunteers, and schools working together to uplift students, increase high school graduation rates, and inspire continued learning—whether through college, trade programs, or career pathways. By bringing real-world voices and mentors into the classroom, YMTF helps students feel seen, supported, and motivated to take the next step in their journey. We invite professionals, educators, and community leaders to join us as guest speakers and mentors—because one story, one conversation, can change a life.
